1. Agreement

By purchasing from or using qbcore.shop, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, and our refund policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

2. What you're buying

Products sold here are digital resources (scripts, assets, and configurations) for FiveM servers running the QBCore framework. You are buying a license to use the product — not ownership of the code itself.

3. License

• One purchase licenses one community/server operation unless stated otherwise.
• You may modify products for your own server's use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, leak, share, or re-license any product or modified version of it.
• Licenses are non-transferable unless we approve a transfer in writing.

4. Updates and support

Purchases include updates for that product and reasonable installation support. We support current QBCore releases; compatibility with heavily modified frameworks isn't guaranteed.

5. Acceptable use

You must comply with the FiveM / Cfx.re terms of service and applicable law. Products may not be used for cheating tools, malware, or anything designed to harm other servers or players.

6. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks, leaking, or license violations.

7. Disclaimer & liability

Products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two, or Cfx.re.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with an updated date. Material changes apply to purchases made after the change.
